2024 AAA Meeting in Tampa Plans

SAFN is planning a full schedule for the meeting, including:

  • 50 Years of SAFN celebration! (More to come!)
  • Community engagement field trip in Tampa to encourage collaboration with local food organizers and issues.
  • Mentorship workshop focused on practicing and applied food anthropologists to help students, early career scholars, and those looking to make a transition from academia navigate new career opportunities.
